Dr. Timothy Faber was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and except for a 12 year stint in Indiana, has lived in the state his entire life. He has been married to Teresa (Clements) Faber since 1986 and they have four children and four grandchildren. Faber graduated from high school in Union, MO and earned his BA at Southwest Baptist University. He earned his Master of Divinity at Luther Rice Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry from Liberty University. Timothy has previously served as a pastor in local churches for 25 years in Warsaw, Kidder, and Boonville, Missouri, and in Lafayette, Indiana. He also has been an online instructor for Liberty University, and previous work experience includes farm-hand, radio DJ, retail sales and more.  Dr. Faber also has more than 25 published articles to his credit, and has had the privilege of participating in short term ministry projects in Canada, Belarus, and several states. Timothy has been serving the Lake of the Ozarks Baptist Association as Director since January of 2013.

Timothy has also served on the Executive Board of the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana, Secretary/Treasurer of the Indiana Baptist Pastor’s Conference, Advisory Council for the Missouri DOM Fellowship, Committee on Continuing Review for the Missouri Baptist Convention, and as President of the Boonslick Ministerial Alliance. He currently volunteers at the Pregnancy Help Center in Camdenton and is a member of the Missouri Baptist Apologetics Network, and the Missouri Christian Life Commission. Additionally, he was appointed in 2021 by Governor Parson to serve on the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. His hobbies include reading, writing, hunting, fishing, yardwork, and playing with the grandkids.
